In addition, our portfolio and experience includes a substantial number of larger scale Residential projects whether they involve New Construction, Extensions, Additions or Complete Renovations.
Our Company is structured in such way that both Design-Build as well as Construct-Only Projects can be undertaken.
Interested clients are presented with the option of having our company provide the complete design of their project or review already prepared drawings and specifications and submit estimates for eventual construction.
Our experienced staff can prepare any necessary documentation as well as go through the required procedures for all applicable Building Authority requirements, such as Municipal Building Permits and Ministry of Labour guidelines.
Astron Engineering and Construction Ltd. undertake "in-house" all demolition, miscellaneous labour, drywall, carpentry and painting aspects of each Project in order to maintain the satisfactory "control" and "pace" required for a timely design implementation. As a result, our Company is also structured and able to provide individual sections of each project if necessary, in addition to our standard "Turn-key" assignments.
